Email Notifications
Opsion can send a structured email alert every time a rule fires. Emails include the rule name, severity, transaction details, and a direct link to view the transaction on a block explorer.
How it works
Emails are sent from alerts@opsion.xyz via Resend. The recipient is the notification email configured for your organisation. If no notification email is set, alerts fall back to the organisation owner's account email address.
Setup
- Open the Opsion console and go to Settings → Organisation.
- Enter a dedicated alert email address in the Notification email field (e.g.
alerts@yourcompany.comor a shared inbox your team monitors). - Click Save changes.
✦
Use a shared inbox
Using a team inbox (e.g. Google Group or an alias likealerts@yourcompany.com) means the whole team receives alerts without depending on one person being available.Enable email on alert rules
Email is enabled by default when you create a new alert rule. To toggle it on or off:
- Open Alerts → Rules and click the rule.
- In Notification channels, toggle Email on or off.
- Save the rule.
