AI Insights
AI Insights lets you ask plain-English questions about your monitored wallets and transaction history. Instead of writing filters or SQL, you describe what you want to understand and get back a structured answer — summary, key findings, supporting data points, and relevant transaction hashes.

AI Insights is powered by Claude and operates exclusively on your own organisation's data. The model never sees data from other organisations, and your data is never used to train any model. Every query is answered from a fresh, scoped snapshot of your wallets and recent transactions.
How it works
Each query goes through the following steps:
- You type a question (or select a suggested one) on the AI Insights page in the console.
- The console fetches a compact data snapshot from the Opsion backend — your monitored wallets and up to your last 500 transactions, scoped strictly to your organisation.
- The snapshot is embedded in a structured system prompt and sent to Claude server-side. Your Anthropic API key never touches the browser.
- Claude's response streams back in real time and is rendered as structured cards:
- Summary — a concise answer to your question
- Key findings — bullet-point observations
- Data points — specific values, addresses, or amounts backing the findings
- Referenced transactions — clickable hashes that open the transaction drawer

The snapshot covers your last 500 transactions. For questions about older activity, use the Transactions page with filters or export an evidence pack from Compliance.Plan access

Rate limits
To ensure fair use, each organisation is limited to 20 queries per hour. The limit resets on a rolling 60-minute window. If you hit the limit, the console will show how long until your next query is available.
Enterprise customers can request a higher limit via Settings → Support.
Security model
AI Insights is designed with strict data isolation:
- Org-scoped context — the data snapshot sent to Claude contains only wallets and transactions belonging to your organisation. Cross-org data leakage is not possible.
- Server-side only — the Anthropic API key lives in the server environment and is never sent to the browser.
- No training — your data is not used to train Claude or any other model.
- Audit trail— every AI Insights query is recorded in your organisation's audit log with the question asked, the user who asked it, and a timestamp.
Getting started
AI Insights is ready to use as soon as you are on the Advanced plan — no configuration required.
- Navigate to AI Insights in the console sidebar.
- Type a question or select one from the suggested prompts.
- Results stream in within a few seconds.
