AI Insights
AI Insights lets you ask plain-English questions about your monitored wallets and transaction history. Instead of writing filters or SQL, you describe what you want to understand and get back a structured answer — summary, key findings, supporting data points, and relevant transaction hashes.

AI Insights is powered by Claude and operates exclusively on your own organisation's data. The model never sees data from other organisations, and your data is never used to train any model. Every query is answered from a fresh, scoped snapshot of your wallets and recent transactions.
How it works
Each query goes through the following steps:
- You type a question (or select a suggested one) on the AI Insights page in the console.
- The console fetches a compact data snapshot from the Opsion backend — your monitored wallets and up to your last 500 transactions, scoped strictly to your organisation.
- The snapshot is embedded in a structured system prompt and sent to Claude server-side. Your Anthropic API key never touches the browser.
- Claude's response streams back in real time and is rendered as structured cards:
- Summary — a concise answer to your question
- Key findings — bullet-point observations
- Data points — specific values, addresses, or amounts backing the findings
- Referenced transactions — clickable hashes that open the transaction drawer

Rate limits
To ensure fair use, AI Insights queries are rate-limited per organisation on a rolling 60-minute window:

BYOM orgs receive a higher limit because they are billed directly by Anthropic for API usage — Opsion imposes no artificial cap beyond preventing abuse. If you hit the limit, the console displays how long until your quota resets.
Security model
AI Insights is designed with strict data isolation:
- Org-scoped context — the data snapshot sent to Claude contains only wallets and transactions belonging to your organisation. Cross-org data leakage is not possible.
- Server-side only— API keys (both Opsion's default and any BYOM key you supply) live exclusively in server-side environments and are never sent to the browser.
- BYOM key masking — when you save a BYOM key, Opsion stores it encrypted in your organisation settings. Subsequent API responses return only a boolean (
claudeApiKeySet: true) — the raw key is never returned after saving. - No training — your data is not used to train Claude or any other model.
- Audit trail— every AI Insights query is recorded in your organisation's audit log with the question asked, the user who asked it, and a timestamp.
Bring Your Own Model
Institutional plan organisations can supply their own Anthropic API key. When set, Opsion uses it for all AI Insights queries instead of the platform default — your usage is billed directly to your Anthropic account and the 200-query/hour limit applies.
To configure: go to Settings → AI Insights — Bring Your Own Model, paste your key (must begin with sk-ant-), and click Save. See the BYOM guide for full setup instructions.
Getting started
AI Insights is ready to use as soon as you are on the Team plan — no configuration required.
- Navigate to AI Insights in the console sidebar.
- Type a question or select one from the suggested prompts.
- Results stream in within a few seconds.
