Introduction

Opsion is a real-time on-chain monitoring platform built for treasury teams, DeFi protocols, compliance officers, and operators that need to track wallet activity across every EVM-compatible chain — and get notified the moment something relevant happens.

What is Opsion?

At its core, Opsion watches wallets. You tell it which addresses to monitor, define the conditions you care about, and choose how you want to be notified. Opsion handles the rest — ingesting every transaction on every supported chain, evaluating your rules in real-time, and delivering alerts in seconds.

Whether you are tracking a protocol treasury, monitoring counterparty exposure, or fulfilling regulatory monitoring obligations under MiCAR or DORA, Opsion gives you a single pane of glass across all your on-chain positions.

Key Features

  • Multi-chain coverage — Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, BNB Chain, and more added regularly.
  • Precise alert rules — Filter by token, value threshold, counterparty, method signature, or any combination.
  • Sub-10-second latency — Alerts fire within seconds of a transaction being confirmed.
  • Multiple delivery channels — Slack, Telegram, email, PagerDuty, and outgoing webhooks.
  • Compliance-ready — Immutable audit logs, exportable evidence packs for MiCAR, VARA, and DORA requirements.
  • REST API & Webhooks — Full programmatic access to all resources.

How it works

Opsion connects to full nodes and archive nodes across every supported chain via a purpose-built ingestion layer. Incoming transactions are decoded, normalised, and streamed through a rule evaluation engine that checks each event against your configured alert rules.

Rules are evaluated in-memory with sub-millisecond latency. When a rule matches, a notification is dispatched immediately via your configured delivery channels. Every match is also written to an immutable audit log that can be exported for compliance reporting.
